Hannah Smith is a Los Angeles-based freelance manicurist and nail artist specializing in hand painted nail art, natural nails, gel and classic manicures.
Hannah graduated from Indiana University, where she studied Apparel Merchandising, Fashion Design and Business. It was while she was in school for fashion that she initially discovered her love of nail art and manicuring. After spending a year working for a local fashion magazine in Cincinnati following college, Hannah moved to Los Angeles and began working in e-commerce fashion styling. Eventually her e-commerce career led to positions in web production and merchandising, but she found herself being pushed farther away from the creative roles she enjoyed. After years of doing nail art as a hobby, Hannah decided to leave e-commerce and pursue a career in manicuring. She has since worked on celebrities, editorials, and fashion pop-up shops in addition to working at Olive & June and Enamel Diction.
